Well this PR certainly clarifies Sherritt's views on SC2/Seablinc. Not per se taking a side on your opinion or Sherriitt. However, firstly, I do not believe it is unusual to have directors that have some sort of related business etc. Obviously he would have to recuse himself when conflicts arise. Second, how can one Director influence the awarding of contracts?
