RE: predictions

RE: predictions

I forgot to mention the dividend, which most of us here are eager to receive. He didn't think the dividend would be delayed and he assured me that it was still in the plans. He wasn't going to guaruntee that it will start on January 1st, but it certainly is a priority in their mind. He reminded me that we have the option to pay out the loan to Sprott in October but wasn't sure if they would do that or not. I think the dividend will largely pend on whether they choose to completely get rid of all debt first, or make the minimum payments and save some cash flow for the shareholders. I would prefer they get rid of the loan, then issue the cheques. In terms of the size of the dividend, he said a conservative (very) estimate was 4 cents a share, which even at 40 cents/share is 10%. He thought that it wouldn't stay that way and would probably go to 2-3%. This means a triple on the current shareprice likely (my words, not his) without any change in the gold price.

On another note, if oil stays lower for the next few months and gold stays here, that debt will evaporate very quickly, imo
