Its El Creston molybdenum property is located in the State of Sonora, Mexico. Its Toiyabe Gold Project is located in Lander County, Nevada, United States.

buy on the open market 
nobody in management deserves a special deal until things turn around.
if this isn’t a special deal and they really need the cash, then Eadie needs to be voted out.
