PP: Self enrichment at the cost of min. shareholders

PP: Self enrichment at the cost of min. shareholders- So the Grupo Semper bid of $35ct per share undervalued the company significantly.
- Confirmed by the company and CEO on das investor talk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gajGadupLZQ
- The CFO tried to acquire shares on the open market and had to pay up to $28.5ct per share quickly
- And now they enrich themselves by buying shares for $20ct and adding free warrants on top.

Absolutely ridiculous. Pure self enrichment at the cost of minority shareholders. Bad karma.

"Starcore is committed to increasing shareholder value" from the mission statement should read "Starcore is committed to increasing management's wealth at the cost of other shareholders".
