Bottom Line

If the Philippine is prepared to allow an offshore mining company to destroy the ocean floor in a sensitive marine area for 40 +  years, they should have no problem opening up King-King.

Companies have shown they have changed their approach to being responsible and his excellence duterte has made it clear he will not allow abuse by companies. Time to allow mining again
