Here I correct you.   Until a compliant preliminary or final feasibility study is prepared releasing PROVEN/PROBABLE RESERVES it has not been demonstrated to be economic.  Therefore, uneconomic until demonstrated otherwise.  Echo Bay Mines and Kinross knew this.  They were the last mining companies (+20-years ago) who evaluated and walked.
