Again Bruce, your speculations of where it went wrong are never disclosed by this BOD - you wholly endorse, Any common sense person can see that. And any common sense person may want more than your BODs. paltry 3.5%.

vote NO plurge BOD, get new BOD, disclose what's going on, build it. That commitment was already made.

Youre feeble attempts at "justifying" this disaster do not hold water to the FACTS.
