1. either there IS something wrong or NOT
2. if NOT then voting NO and we get the "value" not Clive and the billions of B2 sychophants.
3. if there IS something wrong and BOD is dashing with cash, then it depends on what is wrong and to what degree.
4. given Clive is all giddy about it and price of GOLD and SILVER(royalty is worth something) is rising it leads me to believe that whatever is wrong is not significant and that anything wrong should be able to be OVERCOME with increasing value. Get giddy yourself and vote NO
