Kinross announced its proposed acquisition of Underworld resources. Underworld is in a relatively remote
northern region of Canada. This proposed acquistion by a major instills confidence in Canadas northern mining
companies thus the jump in share price. Further proof can be found in a share price spike in another northern
miner CMF. It is only a matter of time before SBB is bought out.
