ProShares Short SmallCap600 T.SBB

Primary Symbol: SBB

The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

RE: RE: RE: RE: Held my Nose...

Well, to each his own...

But when Newmont came out saying that they have decided to put their Hope Bay project on hold, citing high operating costs, poor infrastructure, and harsh condition it caused a selloff at a greater rate of change then we were previously seeing (of course TMAC has bought it for 30 mill)

The "north of 60" projects already command an air of cautious, the last few years have seen less then motivating news from all the big projects (SBB aside). Alot of people are also aware of the unsophisticated nature of an extremely lagitmaized Inuit organization, who have shown they have no problems in doing the irrational.

Thats just my opinion. Of course, as I stated, the general market conditions are a huge part of it as well, I just think that an extra discount was taken off given a few developments in the area over the last 2 years.
