The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

His trademark actions are:
1. tax season dilution -twice. 2. Bungling a permit 3. Inability to raise cash to actually start mine. 3. Dilution at 10% below mark value. 4. Lack of communication and salesmanship in marketing project. 5. Drilling every year WITHOUT updating resource. These are not fictional or emotional comments. They are his actions - facts. Reread them over and over (pretend it's another mine if you wish) and you will realize we have a real PUTZ as a CEO!
