ProShares Short SmallCap600 T.SBB

Primary Symbol: SBB

The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

Comment on the daily delusion

Comment on the daily delusion
Goldenribbit in his/her latest delusion says:

"In the last earning report Barrick out lines it looking at a project in Canada with district upside and near term production."

Not for the first time, ribbit needs correcting. Bristow may have said something like this some time back, but not as far as I can see in the latest conference call. Similarly, the cow dung reference to Kinross is quite dated, and as I recall, were uttered in reference to Kinross' operations in North Africa.

I just finished reading the transcript of the Aug 8 conference call re the Q2 results. There is passing reference to Canada, mostly re some exploration deals, but I don't see what ribbit is talking about. There is far greater attention paid to Tanzania, amongst many others, than Canada.

Ribbit has a habit of dredging up very dated comments and presenting them as new "news". Do your own research.
