ProShares Short SmallCap600 T.SBB

Primary Symbol: SBB

The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

B2Gold : good or bad price

B2Gold : good or bad priceThe trade price given by B2Gold is US$91 per ounce of resources and 100% NPV@5% ( gold at 1600), ultimately do you think this is a good or bad price? In general, the valuations I have read reported +- $50 to $55 per ounce for the mines at the PEA stage, Sabina is at the FS stage so an average price between 50 and that of a producer ( for example 167 for CDE last September) seems appropriate. As for the evaluation in relation to the NPV, it seems difficult to expect more than the 100% obtained!  Shouldn't we also take into account the fact that this is a share exchange and that it is possible that the buyer himself has a nice upside potential?
