The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

But, then sprott says: we see a whole lot of risk (technical leading to equity dilution) being removed.  WTF it's paid for.

Oh and wait for it.....no anal-lysis of whole deal being worth roughly HALF the Silver Royalty and Gold is ALL FREE.

Must be drinking from same wine as the Bruce.
