ProShares Short SmallCap600 T.SBB

Primary Symbol: SBB

The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Careful What You Wish For......Remember:

The % of "Yes" votes needed to approve the BTO offer is based on the number of votes actually cast, not a % of total number of shares outstanding. If you don't vote, you don't exist as far as the vote totals go - just like voting in a federal or provincial government election.

You know who usually doesn't vote? Average Joe retail shareholders and short-term traders.

You know who does vote? Large shareholders, Board and Management members, and institutional investors.

Do you really think the BOD isn't sure whether the largest shareholders are in favour of the BTO deal....?
