RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Careful What You Wish For......I believe the BoD is ignorant and or clueless. If they were able to sway Orion or Zhaojin you can add untrustworthy and shady to the list of descriptions.
To prove my point about the BoD being clueless: this deal benefits only B2, it doesn't even benefit the BoD as they effectively have about 0% ownership.
This entire process is turning into a sh** show and we can all see it very clearly.
To throw out an analogy for you: B2 are like predators and the BoD are like absent-minded parents who should be protecting their child (The Bruce) from inappropriate suggestions but who can't because they are clueless, so the child cozies up with the predator and we shareholders are potentially going to suffer the fallout.
