Selling down a little today tho, as the financials, back off a bit. Still no premium to NAV for SBC...

Would say though that SBC has a better chance of capital appreciation thru their stock price rising to past levels than LBS ? Or not?

Nav dropping a bit, but SBC still at considerable discount
I took some profits in LBS, and rebought those SBC i had sold off earlier. LBS now trading at a slight premium, while SBC is at a discount. SBC of course is the safest of the split funds i have on my

SBC unit nav to Dec 9 = approx. $20.96
So with the PRORATED preferred part taken off, ( 10 cents) SBC commons have a value of $10.86 here. Hard to believe that the market gives absolutely no premium to the safest split fund out

SBC unit NAV to DEC 4= approx. 20.77
SBC gained approx. 7 cents today on the UNIT NAV so the SBC commons now carry a value of about 10.68 SO trading at a very small discount to NAV with the last trade at 10

Brompton reports UNIT NAV at 20.70 after distributions
That leaves the SBC commons at 10.61, ( after distributions) so still trading at a slight discount to NAV.
