Its Montney development is an active region in the Montney basin, the condensate-rich Kakwa, Grande Prairie, and Groundbirch regions, and produces liquids-rich gas.

And THERE you go.....ABSOLUTELY NO SURPRISE.,........except for maybe the acquirer & timing.

NOW you know why HammerHead & Riverstone sold out Pipestone & it's s/h for peanuts and didn't even think twice about it. I'm a little surprised that Crescent Point made this move, by double dipping twice in less than one year. Wich is a VERY rare occurance indeed for ANY O&G operator in the Canadian sector. Will take a closer look at the deal, and comment fruther later on. But for now, it is what it is, and this is NO surprise THAT HammerHean eventually sold out.......especially after what they pulled with the StrathCona-Pipestone debacle.......

Biut damn......is Crescent on a tear with M&A over the past few years. How much more can they take? And they almost paid top dollar here......with the HH deal..
