Share ownership profile?

Does anyone have a current breakdown on the share ownership of Strathcona?
Looks like Riverstone ( Pipestone) owns 25% and GMT 5%?, how much does Waterus own?
Its surprising why this stock is so thinly traded..

Watrous owns over 90%, so that is why it is thinly traded, there just aren't many shares on the open market. Just more stupidity from Watrous. Hopefully they will do another acquistion with shares, which will put more on the open market.

Thanks Tylerreddick. So post acquisition, Riverstone's ownership would be around 3% and the rest of the current public float would be no more than 5%? Hard to determine a fair market value for the company with so few shares trading. Does this present an opportunity for investors?

I guess we will find out when Strathcona files their first public quarterly report. There is no doubt whatsoever that PIPE shareholders got screwed, royally, but with SCR trading below $30, it does appear to be a reasonable investment going forward for anyone who expects the price of oil to remain strong. And the nat gas and condensate that Watrous "stole" from PIPE, that should add a ...more
