Offloaded another $80M shares this morning, so the total sale is done and I'm also wondering what's happening with the directors. Conveniently waited until after the proxy votes, but it's meh.
I sort of wonder if he's truly out or he's just hiding assets because he converted note at $8.50 and he's selling at $8.10?
Doesn't seem quite right to me, but liquidity is liquidity and we don't know the extent of it.
