Insiders will participate in a private placement of Logan shares which, including warrants, will end up in 535 million shares, fully diluted and about $100 million in cash. Lots of shares and I wouldn't be surprised if there is consolidation. These guys have done it before.
We should thank them for a good ride but I may gradually sell if see better opportunities. Can always rejoin the smaller Spartan and Logan post consolidation.
