RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:More Bad NewsWhy would KER settle debt for equity when they are suppose to be flush with cash from sale of Timmins property?
If you check Nov.12/14 interim financial statement on Sedar, it indicates under Note 17 that KER owes $312K to 22007457 Ontario Inc. a numbered co. controlled by Greg Gibson.
I don't know if this is the debt they settled but the optics are bad.
Giving $1.6 mil to SGR days before they go bankrupt? Did Kerr get any collateral? What a mess.
