The principal business activities of the Company are focused on exploring and developing the Copperstone Mine (Copperstone) in La Paz County, Arizona, United States. The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:conference callOur great CEO has told me number of times that he will do everything he can to get rid of the stupid as* small investors, whiny little babies, low life scum. Noway this Management is going to open this mine, NOWAY. This has to be the only near production, all permits in place, all infrastructure in place, Gold at all time high, and we are going down in price???  Think about it.
