The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

A buyout from a major looking to add reserves is definitely a possibility for Sabre.   If there was any competition there could be a substantial premium.  Personally I feel Brewery Creek has the best upside.  The question is would any such deal be a lowball offer?   

The acquistion of Brewery Creek by Sabre in the absense of cash (only shares issued) of course resulted in an 80% share price decline in two years instead of adding any value, so ironically it turned out to be a disaster not because they didn't add any ounces, but that they have two properties with no prodcution from either, just delays.
