RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Sit and wait...This makes sense GoldNHill.  I will also add that the focus should not be on the head grade number but more importantly as you say, whatever number they get, does the data back up what they expected and prove the nugget effect.  Also, remember, larger samples are generally more representaive than smaller samples. However, they can be higher or lower grade depending on the many elements that a “nugget effect’ may have on the average real grade of the ore body.  All sampling uses (or should use) the same top cut within the same orebody (large or small samples).
