RE:RE:RE:RE:News out, Non-Brokered Private PlacementDoumdiDoum...I beleive SSI is a Swiss institution.  Yes, they wanted a decent positon in the company that would not be able to be assembled in the market given the low volumes traded.  A win win for both sides.
