Yep I'm with you on that one, not really a good news (not a bad one but...), more dilution again for us shareholders... WHY do that right now IF lthe PEA should bring the SP to another level, ike most of the posters here think, so would cut the new shares count let say in half?!? Could the PEA not meeting the expectations? Do we have issues with the cashflow?  Weird, time will tell...
