What's going wrong for Gold Futures lately?

What's going wrong for Gold Futures lately?

Many investment firms were predicting that 2022 will be a banner year for gold with Goldman Sachs predicting that the price will rise as high as $2,500 US per ounce.

In addition, the fundamentals are working in Gold's favour, including the Russo Ukrainian War and Hyper-stagflation.

However, in spite the Russo Ukrainian War, Hyper-stagflation, and economic uncertainty, Gold hasn't reached the levels that many investment firms have projected as the metal has been experiencing a significant downward trend.

Usually, during a major war, Gold Futures are suppose to go up, not down.

Its time for Gold Futures go to up to $2,200 to $2,500 per ounce like Goldman Sachs predicted, not constantly going down.
