RE:"Trading Places" the movieIf just a few mining companies have a tad of interest in buying out this company, of course they will buy this cheap stock on the market and don't have to report anything until they have consumed 10 percent of outstanding shares. Mining companies do this all of the time prior to attempting a takeover ( friendly or hostile)
