RE:Down the PubAtlantic would be an excellent JV Partner.
Get them to move their IDLE 5000 tonne/day mill to Goldboro, pay off debt and do a bunch of infill and regional exploration drilling for a percentage of the Goldboro Pie. No major further dilution for Signal shareholders.
The mill Signal planned to build is the same as Atlantics...Atlantic know how to run the mill cause they did it for years at the Touquoy Deposit (now exhausted). Bring it over to Goldboro and do it again...but for decades at Goldboro!
Atlantic still have Fifteen Mile Stream, Cochrane Hill and Beaverdam deposits to work...all are lower grade than Goldboro and combined not as big as Goldboro.
Atlantic owns the claim block next door to Signal on the east side....they recently drilled on their claim block...did they like what they saw?
Atlantic drilled some deeper holes at their Cochrane Hill deposit this past February. They hit great gold between 390 and 430 meters deep in their first deep hole. They were targeting the high grade material noted in their pit down plunge at greater depths and nailed it in their first hole. They certainly understand the continuity of grade at depth in Nova Scotia gold deposits as they proved at their Cochrane Hill deposit. Check out the press release from February 27, 2024 on St Barbara’s website...nice pics of gold in core. If they see Signal Gold model for Goldboro, they will understand the underground potential.
Winedoc mentioned they have ca$h and as we know they are not afraid to spend it buying their way into Nova Scotia 10ish years ago for $0.8billion. What better way to secure your future in Nova Scotia than to partner with a company that owns THE LARGEST single gold deposit in Nova Scotia and has one of the largest gold camps in Canada.
The idle mill at Touquoy fulfills Signals BIG TICKET ITEM...an equitable JV deal between the two would make a lot of sense for both parties.
I like it...Let's make it happening as Tony Beets would say.
Have a nice weekend all...and thanks Winedoc...hope your right...that would right the ship in this high gold environment.
