Unfortunately Kevin no longer has a particularly strong hand - 100% of the assets of the company have been mortgaged for a loan which matures in about 2 or 3 months. So by the end of September he'll either have refinanced it somehow and paid off the loan (C$20m or so?) or the lender will take everything and we'll be left with nothing. And anyone looking at doing a deal knows that so we are definitely going to have our trousers taken down.............
