Slate Grocery REIT (the REIT) is a Canada-based open-ended mutual fund trust. The Company's properties include Centerplace of Greeley, River Run, Sheridan Square, Flamingo Falls, Northlake Commons, Countryside Shoppes, Creekwood Crossing, Skyview Plaza, Riverstone Plaza, Fayetteville Pavilion, Clayton Corners, Apple Blossom Corners, Hillard Rome Commons and Riverdale Shops, among others. The REIT's investment manager is Slate Asset Management (Canada) L.P.

Rising NAV/u

As of Jun. 30/21; NAV/u is $12.44/u (U.S.) using a cap rate of 7% down from 7.34% on Dec.31/20. When the 25 new Centers are added this Q at still lower cap rates NAV/u should rise further with a corresponding jump in market price. In addition, the POR should drop as AFFO/u improves.
