Exited my position in SGR ...

Exited my position in SGR ...... a couple of weeks ago .... at a modest profit from purchase cost in 2015 .... after seeing how rotten SLAM and the Welch bros have been and continue to be with Slate Office REIT.

And yes Daniel I am aware that office assets are different ... and that interest rate fears are currently  afflicting all REITs etc. etc. etc.

However the deliberate malfeasance by SLAM external management has been breathtaking!

Could the same "suck em dry" approach be applied to SGR next? I decided not to wait around to find out!

GLTA who remain at the mercy of SLAM!
