... in Slate Office .... George Armoyan ... who was leading a charge against Welch/SLAM corruption but made a fatal error in settling with them ... winning himself (and a colleague) 2 seats on the Board ... but requiring him/them to vote in support of the management team thereafter:

LOSS of $55,800,000.00 that's just on the shares not including dividends 

his total investment on just the shares is $66,013,000.00
 

thats a total negative return 84% 

And he is stuck with slam he must vote for them at next AGM as per their agreement 

that's if the company is still solvent
