RE: RE: RE: SGR to begin exploration in timmins we

Production numbers at Rice Lake will have very little effect on appreciable share price valuation increases unless they would be attached to a very significant changes on factros which would increase future reserves or production levels which in the present case for SGR over the short to medium term is completely unlikely. Small producers are caught in a situtaion where the markets are devaluing known ounces in the ground to unprecidented levels and only extreme speculation factors attached to new discoveries have the capacity to change things apprciably. In the short to medium term, on a major discovery return will bring SGR back to its former glory and from what is being rumored to be possible in this area within the coming year is attached to Timmins speculation. Some new plays that were picked up last year in this camp are said to be behind this. Most analysts agree that money is still available for discovery stories so it appears that San Gold may be of the opinion that some risk dollars on the discovery front is a necessary element to pursue in the present market environment.
