RE:RE:operating performance

RE:RE:operating performanceUnless SGR has a significant level of production increases in parallel to major cost reductions the share price will have little movement.

Only a major discovery will make an appreciable difference in the short to medium term. Rick Rule had pointed this out clearly and Rice Lake lake will not be the place where any huge disoveries will be incured. SGX Resources is about to embark on some new exploration projects in Timmins where some extremem potential is to be had. This activity will have a much more capable effect on SGR's short to medium term price performance than the small incremental resource and production thresholds that is in reality, all that they could possibly muster with the contrained capital expenditure timelines in place.

Small producers with limited capital reserves that are banking on a single project base to draw resources from have very limited organic growth potential built into their business model, Rice Lake in this regard, so unless there is a major (MAJOR) speculation component built into thier business pitch to institutional investors, it will be a while yet before much will change towards price.

In other words, looking at the price changes outside of maybe every other month or so, wont help much................

SGX is about to reveal some major bonus points for SGR by X-mas
