Take-Out scenario not applicable to San Gold The possible profit margins attached to future production increases available to the take-over candidate will determine the suitabiity of any such transaction.........

The fundamentls attached to Rice Lake are attractive but no where near what would be needed to attract a buy-out.

Many more years of drilling will be needed to get anywhere near this type of scenario and unless SGR can get close to 200,000 ounces of production consistency for at least a 2 to 3 year period, the current Rice Lake model will maintain its present long term development outlook towards the majors.......
