Disturbing outlook for SGRThere is little question that SGR is building a disturbing outlook for itself due to its ongoing inability to convince the markets that its continuing tailspin can be brought under control without significant rectification measures which the analysts are skeptical can be implemented.........SGR is without question non investment grade at this point in time and is categorically "out of the game" in the minds of market analysts........Contrarians may be placing bets at this point but in a nutshell, it may be game over and lights out by years end.
