RE:RE:Merger with Kerr is toast.I just saw your post this am Mr. Prune. Pretty well the way I see it. Most of these companies[public(exploration and mining) and oters - private] operate under Mgmts that Boards should control, that said, most boards, for as long as there is cash to support the pay roll, they keep THE game going because they(BOARDS) keep mining the markets. The markets though, become hard to explore in as the minerals they are trying to explor for. I read some time ago that a large part of these exploration and small mining outfits would go under other boards and or under all together. Being aware of those that keep mining our money with good promisses is the name of this game.
