RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Looks like we will be stuck here............w8asec - first, let's deal with the factual part of our discussion. Your tax explanation is incorrect, on so many levels. You are obviously not versed in this area. It's a difficult area and just 'plugging in the numbers' without accounting for the complete picture is purposeless.

The direction the stock will take is another matter.  Your opinion is that the stock will go down and the dividend isn't sustainable.  That's fine.  My opinion is that the share price is going to rise and the dividend is sustainable. That's what makes a market, different opinions.

It appears you are supremely sure this is going to drop. Short it today, right now. That should be your course of action if this is your conviction.
