Thanks

The 2015 Q4/YE Financials, MD&A and AIF have all been posted on the Surge website.

The 2015 loss was $0.97 / Share mostly due to the Non Cash Impairments Surge booked in 2015 like everybody else in the Canadian Oil/NG E&P Industry.

The Debt did increase a bit in Q4 but will be reduced in Q1 2016 due to some non core asset sales.

In my opinion Surge is doing a very good job navigating the current realities in the Oil and NG Industry.
