Cash   flow estimate    2.94      vs.    share    price   .44 times 8.5  is   3.74     multiple   1.27  times !!!!!!!!

Sounds wonderful but it also sounded wonderful when I bought at 60 cents.  I can't wrap my head around how the debentures are being paid out, 43 shares for $1000 debentures doesn't make sense. Have you figured it out?

Yep  .   the  debenture    you   refer   to   is convertible   at    23.25  per   consolidated   share.  At  this    point    that  seems  unlikely    to  happen.  The  options    available& ...more
