Sgy debt

Does anyone have a han dle on the new debt total after the latest acquisition? Thx

I think it is about $350 less anything from the upsized financing...Sept net debt of $265 less $45 mil convert pay down in Late October...plus $130 from the new deal...is how I get there...GLTA

His comment add value cause too much leverage is not good (warren buffet) debt should be pay off.

Then he should explain why he does not see the debt changing any time soon? Still zero value comment....does he mean debt will stay flat over the next year at these oil prices? What does it mean?
