RE:RE:RE:Eric Nuttell says SGY is undervalued!!Dude...you have no clue what you are talking about...the two major PE funds are Annapolis Capital from one of the recent deals and they are selling...they are under 10% now and as such no need to report public sales...second is JOG which is a shareholder from an old deal...they have it in a fund which I think is starting to age and will be wound down at some point...hence the overhang on the stock....if you can show us the institutional buying that would be great....

and don't @ me as I am a shareholder and a very disgruntled one at managements lack of communication and transparency...how about management and the Board putting their money where their mouth is and buying so shares in the open market rather than granting themself outside share grants?

Shi$$y governance and oversight is what this comes down to..

Best option for us is an outright ALL stock sale and a new management team is put in place.
