I do agree that Surge could be more vocal with their plans. Lay out a company strategy. It would be nice.

Being that there are grants or ones need to buy on the open market doesn't make a difference. Company grants make the employees work for the betterment of the company.

How can you say with certainty that JOG and Annapolis are selling Surge?

I do believe tax loss selling is happening but I would say it's hit its peak now. 

IMHO when you look at the value of the company on a per share basis and compare the free Cash Flow for 2022 to any other company. People would be crazy to sell. If they do sell, well at some point either just before 2022(less that a month away) or at the start many will be buying as the bad hedges are finally gone.
