EXACTLY ONE YEAR AGO TODAY SGY WAS O.32

Today closed price 0.43 that's 0.11 more. No real changes in SGY sold asset bought equal asset = same. Now share consolidation coming 8.5 for one. Same all around plus more Debt.

I see no improvement .????  Same old storyline .
