Surge Energy Inc (Alberta) > Large seller dumping shares since yesterday

Large seller dumping shares since yesterday

Whatever the management is selling some of the institutions are not buying it. Seems that massive dilution caused by the management at rock bottom prices is still stalling the stock. There has been constant dumping of the shares of this company. Some may be getting tired of this stock underperforming.

There are institutions that are taking turns dumping the stock. Since yesterday some of using RBC is constantly dumping shares. Sold over 600000 so far. Have no idea how many more shares they want to dump.

If investors had invested in other stocks they would have done much better.

There has been nothing but positive news about improved production at lower cost generating significantly more FCF.  At these prices they could almost wipe out most of the debt in a year.  Do these people lack the ability to do fundamental analysis.  Why do they have jobs?

Everybody admits that Mt. Bastion acquisition was bad timing but he has over his career made a lot of good acquistions and sells.  Could we see a sell of an asset at a great price?  I bet management never anticipated this high oil price and if I know Colborne he would be willing to take a good offer.

fortune, Sometimes you post one to many... I'm not going to go back to see if you were another of those who posted ' $25 by Dec'22 ' Paul says So lets do the math. SGY closed at $8.39 Now you post that Paul would sell if offered a good price. Do the math. Do you really think that someone is going to offer 3x the selling price??? SGY is not NOT!!! Anyway, even though the ...more

I was talking the whole company sale.  They have mentioned selling assets if the opportunity arose.  We are just waiting for dividend and buybacks to move the stock price.  If they sold some assets they could get below debt level and start these actions. Management needs to start thinking outside the box.  If market want award them a fair price start selling assets and ...more

fortune, I have another view!!! What assets do you think SGY should sell? The low cost assets that produce more CF? Or The high cost assets? Who would buy these high cost assest? Probably some ambitious group that produce 1-5000 b/d... Do you think, if it is this group, that they can get financing? Or Are we going to end up with shares of the company that the assets are being sold to? Is that ...more
