Re: Pennydredful?No........Annapolis bought 10 million astra shares for $51 million......then annapolis got 95 million sgy shares from sgy issue..........then annapolis did that 1 for 8.5 condolidation on its 95 million shares.........they then had 15% of sgy stock post consolidation.............then sgy issued 12 million shares to fire sky.........that issue dropped annapolis equity stake in sgy to 10%
