stockwatcher, I agree grossly underpriced but I'm curious if you think a stock buyback when we trade above book value is smart. I generally think you only do buybacks when stock is below book. In this case I think concentrating on paying down debt and then implementing a monthly dividend plan is way to go. Thoughts?
