Spyglass was broke. Surge's books are in better shape than Obsidian. Has to be pressure from the banks on Surge to keep this down.

Or the fact they flooded the market with $0.60 shares. SGY and TVE should merge. That would be a powerhouse company. The difference is that SGY got bailed out when the oil market crashed, Spyglass didn't.
